Schneider Electric Appoints Lena Henry as New Head of Energy and Sustainability Consulting Business
Schneider Electric’s announced the appointment of Lena Henry as its new Head of Advisory Services, leading its global energy and sustainability-focused consulting practice, SE Advisory Services.
The appointment comes a year following the launch of SE Advisory Services by Schneider Electric, establishing a global consulting practice focused on helping clients solve complex energy efficiency, sustainability, and technology challenges through electrification, automation, and digitalization.
Henry succeeds Steve Wilhite, who led SE Advisory Services since its launch. Wilhite announced that he will be leaving the company after more than 25 years at Schneider Electric and Summit Energy, acquired by Schneider Electric in 2011.
Henry joined Schneider Electric in 2023, and has most recently been leading global customer experience and commercial transformation. Prior to joining Schneider Electric, she held senior roles at companies including Whirlpool, EssilorLuxottica, and McKinsey.
In her new role, Schneider Electric said that Henry will oversee the continued execution of SE Advisory Services’ growth strategy, and focus on helping clients drive sustainability and business goals into measurable outcomes.
Henry said:
“Organizations are navigating profound changes across energy, sustainability, resilience, and digital transformation. The challenge for many leaders is no longer defining ambition. It’s turning ambition into action and measurable results.”
