Amundi ESG-Themed Emerging Market ETF Now Available on Xetra
Paris-based asset manager Amundi’s recently launched ESG-themed emerging market ETF is now available to be traded on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.
The Amundi MSCI Emerging ESG Leaders UCITS ETF DR (C) was introduced in June, as part of a suite of 8 new ETFs tracking responsible investing equity indices. The ETF is designed to provide investors with exposure to large and medium-sized companies from 26 emerging markets in accordance with sustainability criteria. Companies with significant business activities in the fields of nuclear energy, tobacco, steam coal, alcohol, gambling, weapons and genetically modified organisms are excluded from the index.
The ETFs introduced in the series included:
- 4 equity ETFs (World, EMU, Europe and US) tracking the MSCI ESG Universal S elect Index family which enables investors to keep a broad and diversified market exposure while having a first ESG filter tilt.
- 3 Equity ETFs (World, Europe, US) tracking the MSCI Leaders Select 5% Issuer Capped Index family which introduces a best-in-class approach by selecting the 50% ESG front-runners of each sector.
- 1 ETF tracking the MSCI EMU SRI 5% Issuer Capped Index, adding to the existing Equity & Fixed income Amundi SRI ETF range.
