This report details Compucom’s substantial advancements in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria, highlighting its commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.
Among the key achievements in 2023 was a bronze rating from EcoVadis, an internationally recognized sustainability assessment platform. Compucom’s enhanced CSR program, helped place it in the top 35% of all companies assessed, the top 25% within its industry among companies based in North America with more than 1,000 associates as well as the top 5% for sustainable procurement practices among the same companies.

- Maintenance of ISO 14001 certification at its main configuration center.
- Over 3 million pounds of e-waste recycled and 2,000 assets donated to philanthropic programs over the past 20 years.
- Implementation of an enhanced Anti-Corruption Due Diligence Program.
- Launch of the Emerging Leaders Development Program.
- Over 56,000 learning hours provided to 4,821 unique learners last year.
- More than 5,000 volunteer hours donated to various causes through the Compucom Cares program in 2023.
