Partners Group Appoints Oliver O’Bryan as New Head of Sustainability
Switzerland-based global private markets investor Partners Group has appointed Oliver O’Bryan as its new Head of Sustainability, responsible for leading the firm’s sustainability strategy across investment, corporate, and its client pillar.
O’Bryan takes on the new position after more than 4 years at Partners Group in a series of sustainability-focused roles, including most recently serving as Senior Sustainability Lead. Prior to joining Partners Group, he held positions at firms including PwC and Goldman Sachs.
Partners Group’s sustainability goals include targets to achieve net zero across its corporate activities by 2023, and to reach net zero by 2050 in its investment portfolio.
In a post announcing the new appointment, O’Bryan said:

O’Bryan listed his responsibilities in the new position including defining and implementing the firm-wide sustainability strategy in line with the fiduciary duty and the interest and ambition of the Partners Group Board, integrating sustainability models on the firm’s business activities such as due diligence, asset ownership, and exits, and building, training and managing the firm’s global sustainability team.
