Sustainability Consultancy Longevity Partners Appoints Jessica Francisco as New CEO
Real asset-focused energy and sustainability consultancy Longevity Partners announced today the appointment of Jessica Francisco, formerly Chief Sustainability Officer at Cushman & Wakefield, as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Francisco takes on the new role from Longevity Partners Founder and CEO Etienne Cadestin, who announced that he will transition from his executive role after leading the firm for 10 years. Cadestin said that he will continue to serve as Founder and Board Member, remaining actively involved in Longevity’s long-term strategic direction.
Founded in 2015 Longevity Partners works with real estate and infrastructure firms to achieve green building certifications, and assists them on energy audits, data reporting and management, climate resilience strategies, and the development of energy and resource efficiency measures to reduce environmental impact and future-proof assets.
Cadestin said:
“As I step down as CEO, I do so with immense pride in what we have built together and full confidence in the firm’s future under Jessica’s leadership. Going forward, I will remain deeply committed to advancing the green economy and I will continue to build companies that deliver lasting positive impact for our planet and society.”
Francisco joined global commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield in 2022 as the global head of sustainability for the firm’s occupier services business, and was appointed Chief Sustainability Officer in 2024. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she served as head of sustainability at design, engineering, architecture and consultancy firm Arcadis U.S., leading the company’s regional sustainability program and environmental, health, safety, and sustainability advisory practice. She has also held senior clean energy and climate-related roles at companies including 3Degrees Group, and Pacific Gas & Electric.
Francisco said:
“Longevity Partners has established itself as a trusted advisor for real estate stakeholders by helping them unlock value, mitigate risk, and future-proof their assets by bridging strategy with execution. I am honoured to join this exceptional team and to lead the next stage of our growth – one defined by leading digital transformation, leveraging advanced analytics, and accelerating sustainability as a core driver of value creation.”
John Woyton, Chairman of the Board of Longevity Partners, added:
“On behalf of the Longevity’s Board, I would like to extend our gratitude to Etienne for his vision and unwavering commitment over the past decade. From founding Longevity Partners with a bold mission to create a global advisory, to guiding its evolution into an analytics-driven firm powering meaningful change across the built environment, Etienne’s impact has been extraordinary. We are delighted he will continue supporting Longevity as an observer on our Board. We also warmly welcome Jessica to the role of CEO and are confident her strategic insight and digital expertise will lead Longevity into its next era of innovation and growth.”
