Fiserv Appoints Neil Wilcox as Head of Corporate Social Responsibility
Global payments and financial services technology solutions provider Fiserv announced today the appointment of Neil Wilcox for its newly created position of Head of Corporate Social Responsibility. In his new role, Wilcox will be responsible for leading Fiserv’s expanded focus on corporate citizenship and social responsibility, including strategies to build upon its success in community and non-profit oversee sustainability commitments for the organization, as well as helping to govern and measure the impact of these initiatives and their value to the business and key stakeholders.
The company also announced the appointment of Byron Vielehr, Head of Payments and Digital Solutions at Fiserv, as Chief Digital and Data Officer.
Wilcox joined Fiserv in September 2020, and currently serves as the company’s Chief of Staff. Prior to Fiserv, he worked at USAA as Senior Vice President and General Counsel – Enterprise Shared Services, and he has also held General Counsel roles at companies including First Data Corporation (now part of Fiserv) and JPMorgan Chase.
