Allstate Appoints Susan Lees to Newly Created Role of Chief Sustainability Officer
Insurance company Allstate announced today the appointment of Susan Lees as the company’s Chief Sustainability Officer, a newly created role for the company.
Lees has been with Allstate since 1988, most recently serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary. According to the company, she has led many complex initiatives, including the company’s acquisition of American Heritage Life Insurance Company and the pending acquisition of National General Holdings Corp. The company also announced that Executive Vice President and General Counsel Rhonda Ferguson will take over Lees’ roles as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the corporation.
