ODDO BHF Hires Martina Macpherson as Head of ESG Strategy for Asset Management and Private Equity
Franco-German financial group ODDO BHF announced today that it has hired Martina Macpherson for the newly created role of Head of ESG Strategy for Asset Management and Private Equity. In her new position, Macpherson will be responsible for accelerating the integration of extra-financial analysis into all of ODDO BHF AM’s asset management activities. She will also become a member of the Executive Committees of ODDO BHF AM and ODDO BHF Private Equity.
Macpherson has held a series of senior ESG investing and sustainable finance roles throughout her career. Prior to joining ODDO BHF, she was Senior Vice President, ESG, at Moody’s, responsible for overseeing Moody’s ESG strategy for product and thought leadership positioning, and was Moody’s content expert and a global ESG spokesperson on ESG, Green Finance and Impact for the organization. She also led ESG efforts at various financial institutions including Foreign & Colonial and Insight IM in London.
